In this role, you will own the design and governance of a robust cloud platform that directly impacts the experience of our members and the continuity of our business operations.
Strategic Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native architectures, focusing on scalability, resilience, and security.
Platform Leadership: Own and evolve enterprise landing zones and subscriptions, ensuring top-tier governance through Azure Policy and RBAC.
Automation First: Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and design high-velocity CI/CD pipelines to minimize manual intervention.
Security by Design: Partner with security teams to embed protection at every layer using advanced identity management and threat protection tools
Operational Excellence: Drive platform reliability and observability using SRE and DevOps practices.
Mentorship: Act as the senior technical authority, guiding Cloud and DevOps engineers through complex designs and code reviews.
The Azure Expert: You have 4-6+ years of deep cloud/infrastructure experience, with a significant portion at a senior or lead level.
Automation Advocate: You are highly proficient in Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates, and you live for CI/CD automation.
System Designer: You have a proven track record of designing enterprise-scale platforms, including networking (VNETs, ExpressRoute), identity (Entra ID), and container orchestration (AKS/Docker).
FinOps Minded: You understand that great architecture must also be cost-efficient, and you are comfortable managing cloud budgets and consumption
Adaptive Thinker: While your primary focus is Azure, you have the multi-cloud awareness to support hybrid environments and evaluate service trade-offs.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is highly preferred. Terraform or AWS certifications are a significant plus.
Technical Breadth: Strong experience with Linux/Windows systems and a deep understanding of database services (SQL, Cosmos DB).
High Autonomy: You will operate with significant independence in managing your domain and aligning operations with strategic goals.
Modern Work Culture: We offer a hybrid work model designed to support your productivity and work-life balance.
Growth Environment: Be part of a department that values reliability, performance, and the continuous evolution of technology.
