Senior Payroll Processor
Location: Cork City (Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role
Working within a dedicated team, you will support the end-to-end processing of a large-scale, multi-frequency payroll. This environment is fast-paced, involving 55 individual companies across both Irish and UK jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Processing: Manage high-volume weekly payroll

Compliance & Filing: Ensure all statutory requirements for Revenue (Ireland) and HMRC (UK) are met accurately and on time.

Data Integrity: Maintain precise payroll records, ensuring all new starters, leavers, and amendments are processed in line with group policy.

Query Resolution: Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous refinement of payroll workflows as the group continues its international expansion.
Requirements

Technical Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in payroll processing is essential. We are open to candidates who have focused on other areas recently but have a solid foundation in core payroll from previous roles.

Jurisdiction Knowledge: Experience in Irish payroll is a must; UK payroll exposure is highly advantageous.

Systems Savvy: High level of proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
