2-Month Contract | Cork, Ireland | Hybrid Working
We are currently seeking an experienced Packaging Documentation Control Management Specialist to join our client on an initial 2-month contract. This is an urgent requirement supporting product and packaging operations during a critical project period.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining product lifecycle data and ensuring accurate documentation across multiple stakeholder groups.
Main Responsibilities
● Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
● Manage Oracle PLM for retail packaging.
● Maintain Bill of Materials (BoM); create/manage part numbers for graphics
and docs.
● Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) with packaging
engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
● Document packaging specs and updates; generate reports.
●Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work with packaging engineers, designers, brand, and product
managers.
● Coordinate project launches and packaging/asset requests.
●Communicate packaging changes to the Localization team.
What You Bring
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Clear, proactive communication and stakeholder management.
● Ability to oversee multiple packaging/graphics projects.
● Self-driven; comfortable managing ambiguity.
● Effective collaborator across functions.
● Proficient with Oracle Cloud PLM, Office Suite, Google Apps, and familiar with
Workfront.
● 3+ years' experience in retail consumer electronics or similar industry preferred.
