We are seeking a precise, customer-focused Order Entry Specialist to join our team in the medical device sector. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our business clients (B2B) and private individual customers (B2C), ensuring medical orders, product requests, and inquiries are processed accurately and efficiently.
Your daily activities will involve the following;
- Accurately input high volumes of complex medical device orders from both business accounts and individual patients into our database.
- Deliver professional, compassionate customer service to private customers, healthcare providers, and commercial partners via phone and email.
- Double-check product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping/billing details to eliminate fulfillment errors.
- Manage account queries, track order statuses, and liaise with logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery.
- Resolve order discrepancies, returns, or delivery updates with care and efficiency.
Experience:
- Proven track record in order entry, sales administration, or order processing (experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices is a bonus).
- Exceptional precision and accuracy when handling complex alphanumeric data and sensitive client information.
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach for private customers and a professional tone for business partners.
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
