Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand growth.
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Define market positioning, identify target audiences, and devise marketing plans with specific goals across various channels and segments
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to develop successful strategies
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including packaging, in-store displays, and online content, ensuring brand consistency.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with digital content team to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of messaging across all channels
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and provide sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate qualified leads
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a love for beauty and all things cosmetics
- Experience with event management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Established press and media contacts (preferable)
