I am currently recruiting on behalf of a major main contractor for an experienced M&E Coordinator to join their team on a large-scale commercial project in Cork. This is a permanent position offering long-term career progression and job security.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineers, supporting the coordination and delivery of all mechanical and electrical services on site.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage M&E works in line with the construction programme

Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and design teams

Support the Mechanical & Electrical Project Engineers with day-to-day site activities

Assist with commissioning, testing and project handover
-
Ensure works are delivered to required quality and health & safety standards
Key Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years' experience in an M&E Coordinator or similar role

Experience working on commercial construction projects
-
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services
-
MEP experience is highly desirable

Strong communication and organisational skills
