About the Team

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the design of complex software features that interface with cutting-edge consumer hardware.

Work closely with design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistent and scalable UX/UI output.

Collaborate with teams of designers, engineers (software & firmware), and product managers.

Drive UX strategy, set the tone for interaction design, and mentor across the product lifecycle.

Confidently communicate design ideas and guide stakeholders through your thinking.

Balance usability, platform consistency, and technical constraints across large-scale applications.

Flexibility for occasional international travel and collaboration across global time zones.
What You Bring

5+ years in UX/UI roles, including experience as a Senior or Lead Designer within product or agency settings.

A strong portfolio showcasing complex desktop software design and interaction problem-solving.

Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a keen awareness of development processes and constraints.

Ability to frame design conversations strategically and contribute to product decision-making.

Excellent written and verbal communication - comfortable presenting and storytelling to all levels.

Passion for gaming and/or hardware is a plus, but not essential.
