Role Overview:
As the Lead Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of the brand's digital strategy, responsible for creating and executing innovative social media campaigns that reflect our brand's identity and resonate with our audience. You'll manage and grow our social media channels, oversee content creation, and collaborate closely with our marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and drives engagement, growth, and conversion.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality, visually appealing content, including videos, graphics, and photography, that showcases our products and brand story.
- Community Management: Engage with our community across all social platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize content and strategy for improved results.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of social media coordinators, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to our strategy to keep the brand at the cutting edge.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of social media management experience, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry, with a proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement.
- Creativity: A strong creative vision with the ability to produce and oversee the creation of engaging and visually stunning content. Strong experience in videography, graphic design and camera skills
- Leadership: Experience in managing teams and leading projects from concept to execution.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software. Expertise in Meta TikTok Business Manager and familiarity with Google Analytics
- Passion for Beauty: A deep understanding of the beauty industry, including trends, products, and the competitive landscape.
