Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will be a key member of the HR team supporting the delivery of the people strategy for the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
First point of contact for all HR related queries.
Own recruitment process for assigned business division.
Support line managers with all people related matters.
Responsible for HR metrics on monthly basis.
Support hiring managers with training and learning and development programmes.
Other HR related projects as required.
Experience required.
HR degree qualified with 3 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent key stakeholder experience and a keen team player. Strong knowledge in Irish Employment Law required.
