Graduate Implementation Specialist (CMMS)

About the Role

This role is ideal for graduates interested in software implementation, reliability
engineering, and IT project delivery. You will gain hands-on experience working with
customers to configure and deploy enterprise software that supports maintenance
operations and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist with the implementation and configuration of the CMMS platform for new customers
● Support clients during onboarding, system setup and go-live
● Deliver basic user training and provide guidance on system usage
● Document customer workflows and system configurations
● Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery
● Develop knowledge of maintenance management and industry best practices

● Strong interest in technology and enterprise software
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
● Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Desirable
● Interest in engineering, operations or maintenance processes
● Full driving licence

Location & Travel
Based in the Cork office, with travel to client sites across Ireland and occasional
travel to the UK.
