Grade 3 Clerical Officer

I am currently working with a Public Sector entity to recruit a Grade 3 clerical officer to join their busy team in Cork.

Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension

Hourly rate: €16.87

Location: Model Farm Road

Hours: 35 hours per week

What will the job entail?

• Writing up job descriptions
• Inputting critical information into the systems
• Managing a busy email inbox and phone
• Monitoring processes from start to finish
• Obtaining important documentation

What do you need to have?

• Strong systems experience
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service skills
• A positive can-do attitude
