We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically focused Financial Controller to take the lead role in our dynamic finance function in Cork.
The Global Finance Project Manager will provide both local and global project management leadership, acting as a crucial liaison between Finance and cross-functional technology teams. This role ensures the execution of critical finance projects on time and within budget while meeting key business requirements. The role is focused on supporting the P2P team through a project test phase.
Project Execution & Governance: Develop, lead, and execute project management deliverables, including crafting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables for the seamless implementation and adoption of new systems and processes.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the liaison between the business and technology groups, actively identifying material issues, resolving conflicts, and managing project milestones to ensure functionality expectations are met.
Change Management: Partner closely with global business partners to develop detailed change management, communication, transition, and testing plans to ensure successful adoption and overall business and system readiness.
Reporting & Risk Management: Provide concise updates regarding overall status, issues, risks, and recommended actions to senior leadership.
Global Mindset: Work independently in a global, virtual, and often unstructured environment, managing multiple priorities while demonstrating an understanding of cultural differences.
