Morgan McKinley are recruiting a Finance Business Partner - FP&A on an initial 12 month contract for a global business who are growing through an exciting period of organic growth.
The Finance Business Partner will have great exposure to the SMT and wider business and drive continuous improvement across the whole business with a significant focus on sales and margin, through truly understanding the business operations and how to maximise bottom line through planning and analysis to deliver data led commercial insights.

The Role - Finance Business Partner
- Partner with SLT, Operations, Sales and research teams
- Drive continuous improvement, to enhance bottom line
- Challenge, influence and lead change to current process to deliver growth targets
- Market analysis, to ensure new product development and launches are done based on insight and minimise risk
- Deliver analysis to SMT and advise non-financial functions on operational cost to maximise ROI
The Finance Business Partner - FP&A will suit a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA OR ACA), with strong experience in a business partnering capacity, who enjoys working with data but enjoys spending time in the business more, to reverse engineer analysis requirements and final reporting to ensure effective, data driven decision making.
