Executive Partnership & Influence
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior functional leaders, shaping sourcing decisions and influencing outcomes across the organisation.
- Balance commercial rigor with stakeholder needs in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Value Creation & Commercial Excellence
- Own enterprise-wide strategic sourcing and high value negotiations, delivering sustained cost savings, risk mitigation, and improved supplier performance.
- Drive value beyond cost through supplier innovation, sustainability initiatives, and demand management.
Supplier & Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed indirect procurement team.
- Implement a robust supplier relationship management framework for critical partners to drive continuous improvement and long-term value.
