Digital Transformation Project Manager (ICT)
We are delighted to support our client with this search. The ICT department supports a large, diverse modern network with over 1,000 users across multiple sites. We manage enterprise-sized data centres as well as a growing cloud-based presence.
We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to drive digital transformation and innovation within a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and technology, with a passion for leveraging digital solutions to enhance services and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as liaison between ICT, clinical, and administrative teams to align digital initiatives with organisational needs.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Provide training and support on new digital tools and solutions.
Innovation Management
Foster a culture of innovation within the organisation.
Develop and implement governance and control frameworks.
Support the rollout of innovative solutions that improve outcomes and enhance service delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to pilot and scale new technologies.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new opportunities related to digital solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academia, technology vendors, and other providers.
Contribute to the delivery of large-scale digital initiatives (e.g., Electronic Health Records and related systems).
Digital Transformation Strategy
Play a key role in shaping and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organisational goals.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, digital trends, and best practices.
Assess potential for implementation to deliver long-term value.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements.
Analyse impact on outcomes and operational efficiency.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on progress and key performance metrics.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, digital transformation, and innovation (experience in ICT and/or healthcare highly desirable).
Strong understanding of ICT systems and digital solutions.
Project Management certification with knowledge of PM tools and software.
Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work on own initiative.
