Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that elevate the marketing strategy to deliver on business objectives extending across acquisition and retention.
- Support in defining and building of social media presence, and in this revolutionize how the company leverages social media to maximise the potential and effect of major sponsorships.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and relevant digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and more.
- Manage the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and growth strategies.
- Analyse online customer behaviour, web traffic data, and SEO reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and improve strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the sales team, to align brand strategies and increase sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a digitally related role.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- An eagerness to learn and develop their career, understanding the opportunity for growth.
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience using digital marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
