About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a global operations team with one of our key clients. They would be responsible for managing transparency reporting related to interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare organisations.
This role sits within a well established global services function and plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of reporting processes that are subject to regulatory scrutiny. The successful candidate will help consolidate information from multiple sources, validate data quality, identify discrepancies, and support the delivery of accurate transparency reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of global transparency reports.
- Review data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Utilise reporting and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
- Perform manual data processing activities while new automated solutions are being implemented.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of reporting activities.
About You

Necessary Experience
- Experience in data administration, reporting, compliance, operations, or coordination roles.
- Exposure to reporting or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or similar systems.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance focused environments is advantageous.
- Interest in emerging technologies and data automation initiatives would be beneficial.
