We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Italian Speaking Contracts & Global Engagement Coordinator to join our Enterprise Meeting Services team. In this role, you'll support healthcare provider contracting, compliance, and reporting processes across multiple European markets, with a primary focus on the UK, Ireland, and Italy.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for contract queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution for both internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals.
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracting processes in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and distribute daily operational dashboards, ensuring tasks are tracked and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Ensure all interactions comply with anti-corruption policies and contractual transparency requirements.
- Support data capture and validation for transparency reporting, including handling corrections and stakeholder queries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, compliance, and regional/global teams to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to global or regional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide meeting oversight and support, including payment processing, expense reimbursements, and documentation processing.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of customer-facing experience in a process-driven or compliance-oriented role.
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with systems such as Salesforce, SAP P2P, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with contracting systems and data management tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to support multiple markets based on language capability and business need.
