Clerical Officer

I am delighted to be recruiting for an exciting clerical officer opportunity in East Cork.

This is a temporary opportunity with high potential for extension.

This role will suit people who like to be busy and are available to start this exciting position in the next 1-2 weeks.

Salary: €16.05 per hour

Contract: 3 months with potential to go longer

Location: Youghal

Hours: 9-5 pm Monday to Friday

Duties of the role:

• Managing a busy inbox
• Issuing appointments
• Posting and recording referrals letters
• Ongoing maintenance of files and relevant documentation and progress notes.
• Updating Excel trackers and or the database with any relevant updates.
• Monitoring the office phone and answering queries
• Diary management and coordination of meetings

What do you need?

• Previous experience in an office environment is essential
• Previous experience in a clinical/ clerical environment is highly desirable
• Excellent coordination and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with focus on multi tasking
• Proven track record of working with excellent attention to detail
