About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about sales, adaptable, and focused on driving business growth. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, cultivate new business opportunities, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service across a wide range of products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients through in-person meetings, Zoom, phone, and email, including follow-ups on quotes and proposals.
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Accurately maintain CRM and Business Management Systems with client activity and pipeline updates.
- Coordinate closely with internal production teams and external suppliers to meet project deliverables.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support business retention and growth.
- Identify leads across multiple channels and execute consistent follow-up.
- Support management with additional tasks and projects as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
- Industry experience in print, signage, design, events, or marketing materials is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and the ability to generate reports.
- Knowledge of quality, health & safety, and environmental standards (ISO experience desirable).
- A clean driving license.
