AI & RPA Manager

My client is looking for an AI & RPA manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their organisation based in Cork. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi year AI and Automation strategy aligned with enterprise transformation objectives.
  
  
• Develop and maintain an AI & RPA roadmap, including prioritisation of use cases and delivery of measurable business value.
  
  
• Lead and scale a sustainable AI & RPA programme covering design, development, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.
  
  
• Govern AI initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and ethical standards, including EU AI Act requirements.
  
  
• Partner with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities and drive end to end change adoption.
  
  
• Build, lead, and develop high performing cross functional teams while managing budgets, resources, and delivery timelines.

Key Skills & Experience

• 7+ years experience in senior technology or IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on AI and automation.
  
  
• Proven ability to design and execute enterprise AI strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes.
  
  
• Hands on experience delivering solutions across the full SDLC within complex, regulated environments.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, compliance frameworks, and modern IT architecture principles.
  
  
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience advising senior leaders and influencing organisational change.
  
  
• Forward thinking mindset with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation at scale.
