AD Supply Chain Program Manager

Job Title: Associate Director - Global Supply Chain, Program Management

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director to lead global supply chain program initiatives within a high-performing, forward-thinking organisation.

This role will focus on the successful delivery of strategic supply chain projects aligned to long-term global business objectives. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Operations, Finance, IT, and Procurement to drive value and efficiency through transformation programmes.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in program management within a supply chain or operations environment

• Proven track record delivering cross-functional and system-integrated projects (ERP experience an advantage)

• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications essential (CSM or PMI-ACP desirable)

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
