A leading player in FMCG industry is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join their growing team. This is a key role responsible for overseeing and enhancing supply chain operations-from sourcing raw materials to the distribution of finished products. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service levels across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and continuously improve the full supply chain cycle, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory control.

Collaborate with teams across procurement, operations, logistics, and sales to ensure alignment on planning and execution.

Develop and implement supply chain initiatives that support business goals and deliver measurable savings.

Maintain close relationships with suppliers, transport partners, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance product availability with cost efficiency.

Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement effective solutions.

Analyze supply chain data and performance indicators to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Support the integration and optimisation of digital supply chain tools and systems.

Prepare and present supply chain reports and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.

Contribute to wider business improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need

A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role-FMCG

Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Proficiency in supply chain management systems and relevant software tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, planning software).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
