Execute balance sheet and system account reconciliations, post journal entries, and monitor intercompany transactions during monthly close.
Support cross-border VAT reporting, ensure correct supply-chain invoice structuring, and act as an operational point of contact for internal and external auditors.
Continuously review workflows, perform independent research to solve accounting challenges, and maintain strict internal controls.
Qualifications & Requirements
3+ years of finance experience within a multinational corporate environment (multinational background is essential).
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Strong technical proficiency in Oracle Financials (or similar ERP systems), advanced Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, VLookups), and an interest in finance tech.
Self-starter with strong commercial awareness, excellent problem-solving ability, and the initiative to conduct independent research.
Prior exposure to indirect tax/VAT is a distinct advantage, though core accounting expertise and technical agility are the primary drivers.
