You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping them navigate their day-to-day financial and compliance requirements.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, providing guidance across a range of accounting and payroll matters while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Act as the primary contact for client queries, providing timely and professional support.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure statutory compliance obligations are completed accurately and on time.
- Support clients with payroll-related queries and associated compliance requirements.
- Review financial information, identify issues and provide practical solutions.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and service standards remain high.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver a consistently high level of client service in a fast-paced environment.
About You
You'll be a qualified accountant with a passion for delivering excellent client service and building trusted relationships.
You'll ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Experience preparing financial statements and statutory filings.
- Knowledge of Irish payroll and related compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
