We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to join a busy and professional organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable and proactive individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
You will provide general administrative support to the team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. Duties will include managing correspondence, preparing documents, maintaining records, coordinating meetings and providing day-to-day support to colleagues as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Manage emails, telephone enquiries and correspondence
- Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets and records
- Coordinate meetings, diaries and meeting materials
- Maintain filing systems and company databases
- Assist with invoices, expenses and general office administration
- Liaise with colleagues, clients, suppliers and service providers
- Maintain office supplies and support the smooth running of the office
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects
About You
We are looking for someone who is professional, organised and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
You will ideally have:
- Previous administrative or office-based experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- A reliable, flexible and professional approach
- Experience within a professional services or corporate environment would be advantageous
Qualifications & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous administration or office experience
- Relevant qualification or third-level education is advantageous but not essential
- Availability to commit to a 12 month part-time fixed-term contract
