Supply Chain Specialist
An established and fast-growing international company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join its dynamic finance team. This role offers an opportunity to play a key part in driving operational excellence and supporting continued growth across multiple European markets.
The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for optimising supply chain processes through demand forecasting, inventory management, systems integration, and procurement coordination. The position involves close collaboration with sales, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business goals and quality standards.
Develop accurate demand forecasts using data analysis and sales input.
Manage and improve inventory processes in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Support the integration and optimisation of ERP systems to enhance efficiency.
Monitor and present key performance indicators (KPIs) through Power BI and other reporting tools.
Oversee supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Assist in ISO process documentation, reviews, and audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
At least 5 years' experience in a similar supply chain or procurement role.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management and related systems.
Relevant supply chain qualification.
Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing priorities and communication.
