What the role involves:
- Strong contract admin skills within a legal environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a legal and transactional team.
- Supporting various functions within the legal department including transactions, corporate secretarial work, compliance, and general administration.
- Prior exposure to lease contracts or leasing transactions is advantageous.
- Managing timelines for letters of credit, insurance, and other transaction-related administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of administrative policies and procedures within the department.
- Providing overall administrative support to the legal team.
What is required:
- Law degree or similar.
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Demonstrative experience in Aviation Leasing or in a Law Firm specialicing in the aviation space.
- Strong interpersonal and legal skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Experience dealing with senior management and stakeholders.
