Commercial Property Manager - Public Body

We are helping a key client in their search for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to work its commercial property leasing, sales, and valuation activities in the Mid West Region.

In the role you will:

• Manage property leasing across multiple sites.
• Manage lease negotiations, property sales, and valuations.
• Maximise rental and capital income from property assets.
• Oversee the full sales and acquisition process.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, consultants, and public bodies.
• Support budgeting, credit control, and audit processes.
• Monitor planning changes and zoning impacts.
• Collaborate on marketing and represent the company externally.

Requirements:

• Chartered Surveyor (SCSI and/or RICS) with 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and valuation skills.
• Knowledge of legal, planning, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
