Responsibilities
- Manage the travel logistics and meeting scheduling for Senior Management
- Schedule travel arrangements with frequent changes and prepare detailed itineraries, arrange visa if required
- Set up meetings, conference calls and events
- Maintain calendars with relevant information
- Manage Salesforce data input and maintain contact database
- Review and prepare expense reports
- Manage incoming invoices
- Perform research on the Internet and research portals
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience support senior management in an international financial services firm
- Great organisational skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce would be an advantage
- English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluency
- Self-starter with ability to take initiative
- Team player with high integrity and professionalism
