Employment Tax Manager - Reading

Morgan McKinley is supporting a Top 15 Accounting Practice in their recruitment for an Employment Tax Manager, located in their Thames Valley, Reading office

In this multi-site, growing Employment Tax team led by experienced Employer Solutions specialists, you will work with clients ranging from listed groups to National Charities and Owner Managed Businesses, managing compliance and delivering advice!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and being the main point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients
• Maintaining and developing relationships with client side contacts
• Seek to identify areas the firm can support the client in, such as VAT, Corporate Finance, Corporate and Personal Tax
• Utilise your Employment Tax experience in the below areas:
  • Due diligence work, NIC and P11D reporting, Expenses and benefit tax treatment, Employer compliance reviews, Remuneration planning, Construction Industry scheme (CIS), P11D's, share scheme and employment related securities reporting
• Lead, train and help develop junior colleagues

You will ideally be ATT, CTA or ACA qualified and can demonstrate significant experience in Employment Taxes, including the delivery of advice and management of compliance.
