ITSM PMO (Direct Contract)

Job Description

Our client is a multinational fintech securities firm. They are seeking a PMO to join their Service Management division.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, implementation, governance, and ongoing improvement of all ITSM processes
  • Develop/continuously improve incident response plan and capacity management
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to maintain/upgrade systems
  • Ensure compliance/governance to ITIL standards and SLA
  • Initiate proposals for process improvement

Required skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in an ITSM/Service Desk Environment
  • Proven track record in project management, leadership, or initiating ITSM change
  • Business fluency in Japanese is a MUST and English nice-to-have

Preferred skills

  • ITIL experience or related certification/knowledge a plus
