Job Title: Sales Order Processor
Type: 12 month temporary assignment
Pay rate: up to £12.80 + Holiday Pay
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Location: Weybridge / remote working
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a very successful, global company who offer a great working environment, with a potential to move to a permanent contract. The company have exciting plans for expansion and this position is available due to growth. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and processing orders. Responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer enquiries in a professional manner and within agreed timeframes
- Providing pricing information, technical specifications and other product details
- Preparing quotations
- Processing orders
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods and managing any issues that arise, for example with regard to delayed delivery / damaged items etc
- Proven experience in Administration and Customer Service - experience of Order Processing would be ideal but is not essential
- Good IT skills - knowledge of SAP would be ideal but is not essential
- Technical mindset
- Experience within engineering / electronics would be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
