We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, customer focused individual to join a very successful, growing business in Woking, Surrey. This is a well established company who have exciting plans for expansion and the role is a newly created position in the team due to growth.

The role is Customer Service Advisor and the focus is to provide the highest possible standard of service to customers. Responsibilities include:
This is a varied and busy role which requires outstanding communication skills and a genuine customer focus. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is key when confirming product information / technical specs / order details / pricing etc.
We are looking for someone who has proven Customer Service skills but we are open minded about what industry / sector you are coming from - candidates with experience in retail, travel, catering, hospitality etc are welcome to apply. Full training will be provided, as long as you are confident in dealing with customers the rest can be learnt!
