Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Growth Marketing Specialist with German language skills to join this Global Marketplace. A remote 12 month contract for candidates based in Ireland or the UK.

Role: Seller Growth Specialist

Location: Remote in Ireland or the UK

Duration: 12 months

This exciting opportunity is with a highly reputable Global Marketplace, they are looking for an ambitious Growth Marketing Specialist with German language skills to join their vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding programmes for sellers across core markets. You will lead the strategy and rollout of the seller onboarding workshop series and other acquisition-related programmes across international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial, test-and-learn approach to programme development, including defining clear launch plans, articulating what success looks like and envisioning how to scale programmes across markets.

  • Bring your own projects to life and to help give shape to colleagues' initiatives to meet the needs of international sellers.

  • Use a collaborative communication style to help partners see your vision, as well as to incorporate partner feedback to strengthen your programmes.

  • Manage programme budgets and interpret programme data to measure project impact, share insights and recommend next steps.

  • You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Seller Growth to identify and propose new seller acquisition opportunities in focus markets, crafting clear briefs that define success and show the potential to scale.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and German.

  • 5+ years experience working in a growth marketing role, whether in a startup or more mature business setting.

  • Supply-side marketplace experience; B2B marketing exposure a significant plus.

  • A creative, innovative approach to identifying growth opportunities and to test, learn and scale.

  • Experience and ease in collaborating with diverse partners both internal and external to establish positive, productive relationships.

  • Comfortable using data to define programme success and show impact.

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
