Job Description

Are you an experienced Reward Professional in Financial Services looking for your next role?

Morgan McKinley is working with a brilliant financial institution to find a Global Reward Manager on a 1 year FTC basis.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the compensation and benefits framework, in line with the parent companies' goals
  • Ensure the business is competitive in its ability to hire and retain the best talent
  • Drive complex pay and bonus processes in different countries
  • Supply Benchmarking to the Business
  • Provide final recommendations to the Remuneration Committee.
  • Manage Reward Governance and Compliance, delivering an annual reward regulatory framework.
  • Overseeing global (EMEA & APAC) reward regulatory requirements
  • Managing and administering the Deferred Compensation Scheme
  • Manage Annual Performance Shares process

Personal Specification

  • Experience of delivering on complex reward strategies within Financial Services.
  • Managing and administering the Deferred Compensation Scheme
  • Manage Annual Performance Shares process
  • Strong Benchmarking experience within Financial Services.
  • Experience operating at a Global Level

Desired Skills:

  • French Language Skills - this is desirable and should not affect your appication
