Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented bookkeeper looking for a part-time opportunity in the heart of Limerick City? We have the perfect role for you! This newly created, flexible part time role will work with a very well established and respected company based in Limerick city.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day financial operations efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, with excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
