Senior HR Manager (Permanent)
Dublin City Centre (Remote option)
Manage all recruitment related activities including advertising, short listing, interview process and feedback, offers and appointment letters, including coordinating with external recruitment firms as required
Coordinate basic staff onboarding and orientation to see the acquisition process through to completion.
Maintain on-going communication of acquisition pipeline & priorities with leadership team
Drive organisational culture in partnership with leadership team.
Help build, strengthen, and instil company values in teams across region
Monitoring and reporting staff attendance, performance, and targets.
Monitor and address any workplace disputes, complaints, and harassment allegations, and where appropriate, in partnership with the leadership team, de-escalate or escalate as required.
Any other HR related duties that management might give from time to time
Work collaboratively with peers in other regions as part of a community of practice
Minimum 5 years' experience in senior HRBP/Manager Role
Must have recruitment experience
Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline.
Be comfortable working with senior management.
Workable knowledge of payroll function
Ability to work remotely and across different time zone.
