Our client is a leading Financial Services Company experiencing substantial growth. They are seeking a Financial Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial circumstances, provide expert advice, and help them achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals. Principal Accountabilities:

  • Prioritize client interests and market integrity in all business dealings.
  • Identify and assess client needs and objectives, offering well-informed recommendations.
  • Ensure fair treatment of clients at all times.
  • Adhere to regulatory and ethical standards, including compliance with:
    • Minimum Competency Code
    • Consumer Protection Code
    • Fitness and Probity Standards
    • Data Protection Legislation
    • Prudential regulations
    • Money Achieve new income targets by delivering ethical advice and top-tier solutions to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Foster and manage existing client relationships.
  • Develop new client relationships through networking and market strategies.
  • Build relationships with key referrers within Business Insurance Division.
  • Provide coaching and support to referrers to identify potential financial services needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in pensions, investment, and protection products.
  • Conduct annual reviews and consultations as needed.
  • Address new business inquiries from existing customers.
  • Research the market for suitable products and funds.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with professionals such as accountants and solicitors.
  • Conduct in-depth client reviews to identify financial needs and objectives.
  • Complete risk profile questionnaires and translate results into recommendations.
  • Assist clients in making informed financial decisions.
  • Stay updated on financial products and legislative changes affecting clients' goals.
