Job Description

A leading Tech Company is looking for an experienced Digital Support Analyst to join their team on a contract basis to support their Sales & Leadership teams

This role focuses on supporting the team's Sales and Business Operational reporting, processes, and tools which affect those operations. The successful candidate will gain a deep understanding of the operating model, drive seamless collaboration within the Sales Centers and Regional Leadership teams, while being a key member supporting the dynamic, fast-paced and quickly evolving sales organisation. This position is a strategic contributor operationalizing strategy, driving growth, increasing seller productivity and driving cultural transformation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Capture, analyse and report on key performance indicators, insights and metrics to drive informed feedback to the Business Managers and the Leadership team to improve local execution plans and outcomes.
  • Leverage internal as well as external data sources to support planning and strategy execution in various stakeholders across the business - this includes tight collaboration with Business Managers.
  • Data management, analysis and reporting to improve and optimise programs by delivering reports to Business Managers and leaders.
  • Support various stakeholders for Quarterly Business Reviews and Monthly Business Updates through preparation of data, reporting and insights.
  • Administrative support to Business Excellence & Operations team including opportunity tagging, uploading new leads into CRM and report on opportunity/lead status

Key Experience, Skills, Knowledge & Education Required:

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of related experience with data analytics and the ability to review successfully data and reports to extract meaningful insights that drive strategies and executive decision-making processes.
  • Knowledge of data structuring, PowerBI (intermediate level proficiency required)
  • Able to communicate effectively with both engineering (Agile BI, CSEO) and business partners (Finance, Sales Excellence, Strategy team, Sales Leaders, Incentive Compensation team)
  • Will be responsible for writing detailed data requirements
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with focus on economics, marketing, finance, organisational management, business management would be preferable

MUST HAVE HARD SKILLS
