We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a Global company on a 12 month contract. Fluent mandarin is an advantage but not necessary.
Perform facilities management to ensure good business environment
Coordinate office-fit-out-related paperwork
Assist in travel arrangements for colleagues, including visas applications, flight and hotel booking, car rental, etc.
Manage dormitory booking and related payment application
Facilitate Expat relocation, including IRP registration, house renting, etc.
File and archive contracts and documents, hard copies and online system.
Manage company SIM cards and monitor phone bills
Manage stationary, office and kitchen supplies
Organize team-building activities and company events
Decorate office for seasonal events and design email/notification templates
Ad hoc responsibilities when required
Skills & Qualifications:
Enthusiasm, highly motivated and good team working
Good communication and team-work skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications specifically for Outlook and/or Email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic visual design and graphic design skills
Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.
2+ years of experience as admin assistant in global company is a plus
