Risk Analyst - Pharmaceutical

Risk Analyst role with a Pharmaceutical client in Cork.

Reporting to Senior Management, the Risk Analyst will be part of a team responsible for a wide range of day to day activities across the business, working with third parties in several capacities. The team will act on policy implementation, procedure and training to drive consistent Third-Party Risk Management for third party use.

Responsibilities

  • Implement due diligence activities with stakeholders based on relevant SOPs
  • Coordination assessment activities required with risk assessors and third parties
  • Monitor and manage on-going screening processes using TPRM technology
  • Track all due diligence and monitoring activities to completion within the TPRM Tool
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for the business partners/stakeholders for TPRM compliance processes
  • Prioritise tasks in order to ensure quality of Risk Management activities performed
  • Monitor initial review of risk metrics aggregated and provide actionable insight to decision makers

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Strong technical and data analytical skills
  • Experience in delivering outstanding results in challenging business environments within the strictest of timelines
  • BA or BS in a relevant degree required.
  • At least 1 year experience working in a similar role
  • Demonstrate the ability to introduce system and process improvements
  • Effective time management and strong communication is essential
  • In-depth knowledge of Third Party Risk Management technology
