- Using your product knowledge to solve problems for customers.
- Keeping yourself up to date with business and product information.
- Effectively managing a database through accurate and efficient data entry.
- Adhering strictly to data protection and confidentiality laws.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
- Observe whether the Reverse Vending Machines(RVMs) are working
- Observe whether consumer are using the RVMs and if they are having any issues with operation / declined products
- What training have they received on maintaining the RVMs, do they have good support
- Lookup any declined products to ensure they are not in the scheme
- Work with store managers to understand how well the Scheme/RVMs are working, ease of maintenance etc.
- Examine the products on the shelves see whether there is both old stock and new Re-turn stock
- Undertake a test of the RVMs if possible using sample purchased stock
Our ideal candidate:
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Tax, Insurance and NCT must be in date and Maintained throughout the period of employment.
- Previous Customer Service/Mystery Shopping experience experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills are essential.
- Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively.
- Ability to work well either individually or as part of a team.
- Have appropriate remote work set-up - a quiet space with no distractions. Access to a stable/secure mobile phone coverage and high-speed internet connection essential.
