Customer Success Manager/ Programme Manager - Cork - Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager/ Programme Manager. You will drive change management and executive stakeholder engagement, while the rollout will be supplemented with a Customer Experience Project Manager to run the implementation activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of global enterprise-level clients and candidates must be ready to demonstrate this calibre experience. Candidates must bring positive energy, a passion for delivery and enthusiasm for their clients Key experience:

    • Proven track record of delivery as an experienced Programme Manager who has driven change within an organisation, working closely with customers to create plans
    • Experience of working within a SaaS environment is desirable
    • Excellent ability to engage, influence and manage key stakeholder
    • Exceptional communication skill set
