Salary: €32,000 - €38,000 (depending on experience)
Location: On-site at Ringaskiddy
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (with potential flexibility)
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process sales orders received via phone and email into our internal system.
- Verify and confirm sales orders once entered into the internal system.
- Maintain organized filing of sales orders in numerical sequence within our system.
- Offer quotes to new customers and address general pricing inquiries.
- Liaise with the purchasing department to ensure accurate procurement of products from third-party suppliers based on provided information.
- Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information, overseeing sales, and monitoring payments.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders according to customer specifications.
- Utilize internal systems to check stock availability for customers.
- Prepare and present records and reports as requested by management.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for production, logistics, and purchasing departments, facilitating effective communication through meetings and regular updates.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' businesses and order histories to anticipate their needs effectively.
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures essential for the successful execution of duties.

- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in customer account management and order processing.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
