Job Title: Receptionist (12-Month Contract)
Location: Little Island
Salary: €17 per hour
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general receptionist duties with professionalism and efficiency.
- Greet visitors, issue access badges, and conduct brief safety inductions as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new staff, including processing access badges.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning documents.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and provide general assistance to callers.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask effectively.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn internal software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
