Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for a HR Change Specialist that is keen to grow their skills in a gloabl organisation going through a global transformation

Morgan McKinley is searching for a 12 months fixed term contract for a Change Specialist for a new position within the change team of a large corporate global organisation. The role will be 2 days from the office and requires someone with change management experience to help the change team through a time of transformation.

The main duties of this role are listed below:

  • Develop, implement and support the digital transformation of the business from a people perspective
  • Support the projects people change strategies
  • Lead projects through the change life cycle
  • Create project plans and risk logs
  • Deliver change plans within budget
  • Project plan reporting
  • Regulatory compliance and so much more….

We are looking for a People Change Specialist who has previously worked in an IT transformation for large corporate business with similar previous experience who can hit the ground running and provide a clear road map for the business. You will be highly organised with strong stakeholder management experience.
