Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Engineer to support the delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on a construction project based in Clonmel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating CSA activities on site, managing subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee CSA works on site, ensuring delivery in line with programme and technical specifications.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams across civil, structural and architectural packages.
• Liaise with design teams, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical queries.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Support project planning, reporting, and site documentation management.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience working on CSA construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
