A leading financial services provider is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Transfer Agency team in Limerick on an initial 6 month contract. This role focuses on client and investor registration, working within a fast-paced environment offering ample growth opportunities. The successful candidate will oversee client portfolios, manage workflows, ensure compliance, and support junior team members.
As a Senior Analyst, you will be pivotal in managing client and investor registration processes, handling new investment records, and maintaining existing records according to strict regulatory and compliance guidelines. Reporting directly to the Registration Team Leader, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring processing quality, timeliness, and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day processing, conduct quality checks, and serve as the escalation point for unresolved issues with offshore teams.
- Oversee client reporting on outstanding registration requirements, ensuring all client needs are met accurately and promptly.
- Manage workflow queues and analyze processes to achieve monthly KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and implement client-specific processing requirements.
- Work closely with other internal departments and project teams to support business growth and innovation initiatives.
- Maintain proper standards for market, business, and personal conduct, ensuring segregation of duties and integrity in all duties.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of anti-money laundering regulations.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Experience in identifying and mitigating risks in processing operations.
- Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills to handle multiple client portfolios efficiently.
