About the Role
We are seeking a professional and personable Part-Time Receptionist to join our tax and finance practice based in Limerick. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming, organised, and efficient front-of-house environment while providing essential administrative support to our team of accountants and tax specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, email enquiries, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and organised workspace.
- Client Support:
- Assist clients with basic queries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Manage sign-in procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Administrative Duties:
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Prepare, scan, and file documents in line with GDPR requirements.
- Assist with data entry, document formatting, and preparation of client packs.
- Support the administrative and accounting staff as needed.
- Office Coordination:
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Liaise with service providers when necessary (e.g., maintenance, stationery suppliers).
Key Requirements
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front-of-house role preferred.
- Experience in a finance, tax, legal, or professional services environment is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
- Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling confidential documents.
